This is a "PSC" kind of topic but we may as well have the conversation on
the devel list.
Last year we got the code contribution agreement[1] fixed up to say
OpenPlans (rather than Open Planning Project). A couple weeks ago I got a
list of the contribution agreements "on file" .... and there were a lot
missing.
I can think of a couple ways of proceeding, but first wanted to ask for
ideas.
