Vendor capabilities is not used to describe more operations, it is used to
describe whatever additional functionality we are providing over and above
the spec.
So in this case a single <SupportsAutoDimension/> could be added to WMS
GetCapabilities. vendor capabilities, clients that "known" this magic can
look for it. It is better then asking clients to check for the url for
"geoserver/wms" when trying out special logic.
