Last I remember, the jaitools jars were deployed on central.
Wondering why do we have this though:
/var/lib/jenkins/.m2/repository/org/geotools/ogc/net.opengis.wps/12-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata-jaitools-snapshots.xm

Like... why has net.opengis.wps anything to do with jaitools, and why is it
talking about jaitools snapshots, since
afaik we're depending on released versions instead?
