Hmmm... maybe not? I just took a quick glance and it looked like it was the
same configuration... but it is hard to tell because Barts version is
straight html and not the freemarker template.
Anyways, progress. The bug mentioned below has been fixed upstream and with
some minor modifications to the map configuration things are working. The
only that doesn't work is the toggle between WMS 1.1 and 1.3. Going to try
and enlist Bart to help.
