In the last meeting we talked about punting out a release to match up with
foss4g.
Kevin if I can kick GeoTools along this weekend and you get GWC ready? It
will still be a stretch of make a release in time for Friday's talk :)
With that in mind are there any outstanding fixes in hand that want to make
the 12.0 release?
