That would be nice, unfortunately not our case, nobody is sponsoring the
Travis build, as far as I can see Travis Pro is
rather expensive (well, expensive enough that I don't think anybody is

Right... hum, it might work, the S3 free tier allows 2000 put operations a
month,
and we'd end up doing a push for each build I guess. However, that will only
last us a year... the main issue is that the GeoServer PSC does not manage
any money, so we're basically locked out of any option that requires
payments
of sort.
Anyways, it sounds like a good plan. To make it work we need to secure
funding
to make it work, and a volunteer to setup a
shared Amazon S3 account that everybody in the PSC can manage,
