There are a few issues adding and removing lines in the new editor when using IE10.
One way of reproducing:

In IE, create a new style:
-
Move the cursor after the semi-colon and press enter.

Move the cursor after the semi-colon again and press enter.
Result:
The extra newline has not been added and the numbering is broken (the numbers 2 and 3 are rendered on the same line):
When a later version of CodeMirror was tested on their website (4.10), the issue could not be reproduced.
