A bit confused on the longer term direction?
* Is it an API for ResourceStore (upload of icons etc...)?
* Or for the Importer REST API (upload / ingest / datastore / layer
workflow)?
Reading the docs in the pull request it seems to be in-between, the ability
to upload to ${rootDirectory}/workspace/store[/<file> as outlined in global
settings

I am interested in setting up something similar that allows access to
ResourceStore API files (style, icons and configuration files). It looks
like that is a different problem.
