Currently only WCS 1.0 and 1.0 xml requests can be embedded in a wps request. As WCS 2.0 is now part of core, it should be possible to decode and handle WCS 2.0 requests as well. (I need this because I use some advanced WCS 2.0 dimension trimming/slicing support.) I'll try to provide a pull request for this.
