Asking for the connection parameters up front makes more sense, is easier
to code, and would be a lot more computationally efficient, but I am not
sure that it would give the best ease of use, especially in cases where the
user doesn't know how the CSV they are importing is structured (eg. if they
are getting it from some external source.
