You mean the broken documentation link on the tutorial page? Or is something else broken? The folder is present in the latest stable. Is it missing from another version? Developers can also use -DconfigId=app-schema-tutorial -DconfigDirectory=../../../data when building gs-web-app and -Papp-schema when running eclipse:eclipse. This should give you a working tutorial when running Start in Eclipse.
