You mean the broken documentation link on the tutorial page? Or is 
something else broken? The GeoSciML maintainers appear to have changed:

to:

http://www.geosciml.org/geosciml/2.0/documentation/html/

2.0 cookbook.

Please see the root directory of the app-schema plugin zip. The folder 
is present in the latest stable. Is it missing from another version?

Developers can also use -DconfigId=app-schema-tutorial 
-DconfigDirectory=../../../data when building gs-web-app and 
-Papp-schema when running eclipse:eclipse. This should give you a 
working tutorial when running Start in Eclipse.
