Marcus Sen created an issue   GeoServer / GEOS-7143 Allow submission of incomplete INSPIRE plugin configuration data Issue Type: Improvement Affects Versions: 2.7.1.1, 2.8-M0 Assignee: Unassigned Components: INSPIRE Created: 05/Aug/15 3:49 PM Environment: When you install the INSPIRE plugin the WFS service configuration page validates that all necessary entries (particularly having at least one spatial dataset identifer) are there and refuses to accept submission if not. However, it may be the case that the user has installed the plugin but doesn't want to configure INSPIRE data for the WFS service but does want to edit other WFS service parameters. The validation currently stops them editing any other WFS service parameters in this case. It would be better just to allow incomplete INSPIRE settings but not generating INSPIRE extended capabilities element unless completed. This was already mentioned in GEOS-7042 but not completely finished there.
