I'm about to start on some work to add long term persistence of WPS process statuses. The current plan is to make use of a GeoTools datastore (mostly JDBC) to provide long term (~ years) to via an implementation of ProcessStatusStore. There will also need to be some optimisation to the existing UI elements that handle WPS statuses as they currently store the entire list in memory and hope for the best while sorting and filtering them. I'm planning to update them to build a Query and load the data already sorted and filtered.
There are no API changes planned and the GUI changes will be kept within the WPS controls section. Let me know if there are any objections or I shall push ahead Ian -- Ian Turton
