We are setting up a replacement repository (cloud hosting so PSC members
can manage). I would like to try it out before cutting over the DNS entry.
Can I ask developers to try the following:
1. Edit .m2/settings.xml with the following
<mirrors>
<mirror>
<id>boundlessgeo</id>
<name>Boundless Cloud Repository</name>
<url>
https://boundless.artifactoryonline.com/boundless/ext-release-local</url>
<mirrorOf>boundless</mirrorOf>
</mirror>
</mirrors>
2. Rename your .m2/repository cache to repository2 (to force download)
3. build! And reply to this email thread with pass fail.
Aside: I have a blog post up (

I could publicly apologize for the delay releasing 2.8.0.
