Can we make a JIRA for this, I would like to collect notes in a bit more
detail then email. Any change will probably be to ares/pom.xml/artifactory

Looking in maven-metadata.xml it does have the correct "lastUpdated" field:

I will make a Jira, but I have no insight right now if the problem is in
our deploy or in artifactory...
