Thanks for the confirmation, Niels. Are there any docs or UI components 
that require should mention this? I do not think that there is anywhere 
a user could toggle the plugin status in the UI, but it might be worth 
mentioning in the docs that installing the plugin will disable Wicket 
unique resource IDs and why, and the security impact.
