| Multiple issues found in the coverage band details editor:
- Numbers lower than 1e-3 are rounded to 0 (I have a dataset where 1e-3 is the largest number...)
- Numbers are parsed using the current Locale, but encoded using the US one, braking round trips of numbers with digits
- The null field uses comma as the separator in case multillple null values are entered, but comma is the decimal separator in some locales (suggestion, use space instead)
