Hi Ian, the class has been there forever... judging by the build times, there is a chance the geotools and geoserver builds run in parallel... looking at the chronology, we have a geotools-master-oracle build that actually run in parallel with the geoserver one, that might have been the cause.
Except that I don't know why that build is there to start with.
