In catching up with some of my coworkers it turns up that they are unable
to keep up with the amount of email generated by geoserver-devel. I know I
have filters for jira, the build servers, etc... so I can focus on what
people say.
Is it worth isolating jira and build servers into a seperate email list, as
we have done for commits?
