So about this one, it could be something like "third thursday/friday of the
month" or "first thu/fri past the 18th", or something like that, but not
fixed date, otherwise we're not going to hit the desired week days.
About thu/fri, what about Boundless starts Thursday, Geosolutions follows
up Friday, everybody else picks the day they prefer?
After all our working hours have so little overlap that we're not really
working on it together anyways (before you can actually
start processing issues in earnest, we're all gone home)
