It could be works with another vendor - followLine - and PerpendicularOffset. This vendor should be specify, where is located text-label along the line, inside/outside polygon or on the line by default like now. In my example i need it for text along borders, but inside hexagon. That could be helpfull as well for maps, with text along borders inside countries. Requirements element must be polygon follow line is used PerpendicularOffset specify distance from line supporting vendor forceLeftToRight Of course that could be done with another ways.
