Thanks Andrea, this proposal has some great far reaching consequences.
Digging into the code, CatalogInfoLookup is in an impl package, so it is
new api that is specific to the DefaultCatalog implementation ...
I was wondering if it was a new interface we would need to implement for
JDBCConfig etc...
