Thanks Mike, poll has now been completed, also updated travel estimates for
both March 13th and March 27th (Simone was right at travel costs did come
down).

Selected the week of March 27th (everyone is available and travel costs are
good, with many more short 16 hour flights available for reasonable cost)

Most flights are 25 hours, as indicated above some 16 hour flights are
available on the 27th. There does not seem to be much difference in cost
between the Italian airports (PSA, FLR, FCO, MXP). Still waiting to
determine train costs from those airports to venue - could not figure out
the train website. Given the above I assume most people will fly into PSA
(which I think is the closest airport).

The next step is:

a) wait for feb 2nd osgeo board meeting (to approve sprint budget), then I
am comfortable booking travel.
b) reach out to potential sponsors, using the blog post
<http://blog.geoserver.org/2017/01/23/geoserver-code-sprint-2017/>
c) Ian? Frank? Anyone from Europe? If you are interested in coming can we
add you to the travel budget spreadsheet?
