The GeoServer 2.10.2 artifacts are built and available for testing at:
http://ares.boundlessgeo.com/geoserver/release/2.10.2/
Note that the *.exe and *.dmg artifacts are still building on their
respective build machines, so if you want to test Mac or Windows you may
have to wait a bit.
Any help testing is appreciated.
I will be trying out the .bin, and the .dmg when it is available.
