The GeoServer 2.11-beta artifacts are built and available for testing at:
http://ares.boundlessgeo.com/geoserver/release/2.11-beta
Note that the *.exe artifact is still building, and will be available in
about 5 hours (There is an ongoing problem with the windows build server
that is being looked into).
Any help testing is appreciated.
