Hi,
Change to 15:30 UTC is generally OK for me. Today the earlier time does not
suit me but I fear that I can’t do today’s meeting anyway.

I took an action at the last meeting to propose that we move the time of the
"European" or "Northern" meeting time to 15:30 UTC now that all the
participants have switched to DST.
