Hi,
Ian's presentation should be a must read for any new user of the mailing list,
so +1 to make it available to new users (and new developers).
Regarding the user mailings list support, I agree with Aime the user mailing
list has been negligent by developers.
One think that could be done is to raise awareness for the non answered
questions, but not sure how this can be done.
Sending a mail with all the non answer questions to the devl list periodicly ?
Maybe we should also have some kind of guide for new developers.
