Jody, I believe Gabriel and JD are both GeoGig PSC members. Dave Blasby
probably should be, though I think the paperwork on that fell off the plate
some time back, and we just haven't followed up on it.

For now, Nick has given me admin access and accounts for the rest of the
GeoGig team to be able to view/start jobs. That should be fine. I've
configured the jobs that were moved from ARES and they are all set to work
as intended.

Considering the intended purpose of build.geoserver.org, we (the GeoGig
team) may need to find a more appropriate place for some of these build
jobs.
