The PDF user manual seems to have copious bugs. Most notably, it is labeled
as "Release 2.10.5", with a release date of August 25, 2017. It looks like
the build job grabbed the old user manual from the last release. This is
likely related to the other doc errors that we have been running into this
release.

The HTML docs have the same issue. Looking into it...
