Yes. The activemqBroker pom has an unmanaged dependency (hardcoded) on a postgresql
8.3-603.jdbc4 jar that is much older than the 42.1.1 used in the rest of the project (a
stale dependency). This dependency is used when the "postgres" profile is
active. I would have upgraded it but I do not know how to test.
geogig is easier because it was already using 42.1.1 and only needs to switch
from hardcoded to managed, but I thought it best to ask the module maintainer
as I am not familiar with the module and its dependencies.
