The checkbox seems to be enabled only if JAIExt is enabled and the JAIExt
operations does _not_ contain mosaic. However, this condition seems
impossible to fulfill in my testing? The JAI EXT ops always contains Mosaic
if JAI-EXT is enabled, even with Mosaic set to plain JAI.
Also, wouldn't it make sense to be able to enable this if JAI-EXT is
disabled altogether? Previously this checkbox had no conditional attached.
