Tested jetty CORS fix, seems to work.
Tested publish job, now copies over the PDF user manual (and does not copy
over intermediate build artifacts used by the mac and windows build
servers).
The server used to build the DMG is currently unavailable. I'm going to
move forward with the release, and update that artifact as it becomes
available.
