Digging into the mac and win server builds, ultimately it seems like the
same issue with both of them - previously we were pulling artifacts from
the build slave (e.g.
http://build-slave-01.geoserver.org/geoserver/release/2.12.2 ), now we are
using the more general build.geoserver.org (e.g.
https://build.geoserver.org/geoserver/release/2.12.2 ). Seems like there
were some issue with HTTP vs HTTPS and certs when doing this switchover (I
believe the commit that caused this was
https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/commit/0d7a32741db64179ad9d4ef473efab99af5d2118
).
Still working on a complete fix, but I have managed to get a valid windows
artifact off of the windows build server (attached).
Not sure if I'm going to be able to get a OS X artifact, that build server
may finally be unusable.
