Testing the artifacts, I have found one minor issue: The PDF docs show
2.12-SNAPSHOT as the version. Adding as a bug for now: GEOS-8595
<https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOS-8595>, hoping to fix before
the 2.13.0 release.
The javadocs and htmldocs correctly show 2.13-beta, so this seems to just
be an issue with the PDF docs.
The system-independant binary starts up fine on OS X, and everything seems
to work. Embedded GWC appears to be functioning, new GWC REST endpoints are
working.
