| A corresponding GeoTIFF write parameter is implemented into Geotools but it is not possible to configure it from Geoserver https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOT-5980 The place to add the control could be on the Layer page, near to existing "Output Transparent Color" input box. |
