I added Maven -U (force snapshot update) to the
geoserver-{master,2.13.x,2.12.x}-nightly builds because I have seen
stale GeoTools snapshots used when GeoTools built on one slave and the
geoserver-master-app-schema-online built on the other slave without -U,
and the nightly builds are also likely affected. Please watch out for
unintended side-effects.
