I would like to remind everyone that the GeoTools 19.1 / GeoWebCache 1.13.1
/ GeoServer 2.13.1 release is scheduled for Friday May 18th this week.
If there are any last-minute fixes or backports you want to get into this
release, please do so by the end of day on Thursday - I intend to start the
GeoTools release process around 9am PST on Friday.
