Hi,
I've noticed that when hitting a workspace qualified URL asking for a non
existing workspace, two things can happen:
- If the global services are disabled, the response will be an error,
"worspace 'foo' does not exist
- If the global services are enabled, the response will be whatever was
asked for in the request, without any error (e.g., if it was a capabilites
document, it will be the global caps document)
The latter seems wrong, I'd rather get an error telling me that workspace
does not exist in the second case too...
