3am or 4:30am or 6am isn’t really going to make any difference to me. I’d 
prefer something that worked really well for the majority than something that 
is a poor compromise for everyone.

 

I will occasionally make it (depending on travel and work commitments), so just 
do what works well for the other PSC members.

With our geographic dispersal rating taking a hit we discussed changing the 
meeting schedule in todays GeoServer / GeoTools meeting.

 

proposing:

- bi-weekly meeting

- 16:00 UTC

- half an hour meeting

 

The thinking being that we are meeting more often so the meeting can be 
shortened. 16:00 UTC does not need to adjust for daylight savings time. The 
bi-weekly meeting is a good pace to discuss items in person as they came up.
