Thanks, I noticed the comment just after I sent the email. I'm trying to
get a 2.14.2 version working and will test with 2.15RC if 2.14 also
doesn't work.

Both 2.12 and 2.13 are dead, you should check out a supported version
before reporting/reopening a ticket.
