I haven't had a chance to look deeper into the cite-wcs issue; I've
temporarily disabled the job so it doesn't bog down jenkins. I'll try and
do some proper debugging when I get a chance, but I'm not sure when that
will be.
The GWC website should be updated as of Match 8 - I sent a mail to GWC
devel about that a little over a week ago:
