Update on the state of the build server: The build server is running, and GeoServer nightly builds are now passing, and are successfully pushing artifacts to maven. There is still a little more security config that needs to be done before the build server can be made public and nightly artifacts made available, that should get done tomorrow.
Other builds (like the cite tests and release jobs) will take a little longer to get working.
