Hello Jim, https://apt.boundlessgeo.com is an old URL that was used to install ubuntu packages of Boundless Suite <https://docs.boundlessgeo.com/suite/4.9/install/ubuntu/packages.html>.
The GeoServer community mailing lists do not provide support for commercial products - please contact Boundless for support relating to Boundless Suite.
