https://apt.boundlessgeo.com is an old URL that was used to install ubuntu
packages of Boundless Suite
<https://docs.boundlessgeo.com/suite/4.9/install/ubuntu/packages.html>.

The GeoServer community mailing lists do not provide support for commercial
products - please contact Boundless for support relating to Boundless Suite.

I will say that that particular URL hasn't been used in about 2 years, and
you should remove it from your apt configuration.
