Hi again list, I was looking around on the doc to figure out when a motion can be considered successfully closed and I have found that on the PSC page of GeoServer developer manual: *"Proposals should be addressed within one week of being submitted, votes take place at the subsequent IRC meeting"*
I think that we need to modify the last part of that statement to accept "votes" provided by email since I also think that no IRC meetings occur anymore. That being said, since a week has passed and I get 5 +1 votes and no negative votes, can I consider the motion approved, right?
