Ciao Jody, I understand your position and that is why I gave +0 and not -1 but at the same point we have rules to standardize behavior. If you think the rule is wrong, we should discuss on how to change it like we are doing with GSIP-186 so that everybody agrees.
So, I would suggest to go and propose a change rather than trying to do a relaxed interpretation of the rules which makes them useless.
