Built fine in the PR checks, and still builds fine locally for me, after a full build of both GT and GS... The test in question is failing while doing schema validation, the main schema file is referenced locally, but in turn it imports a remote file from OASIS... so likely a network glitch on the build server.
I'm including that file in the source tree.
