It is a crucial functionality in our enviroment that we can use External SLD. Geoserver 2.20.4 using a external SLD will not apply the style on the specified layer. We have an Geoserver 2.16.2 with the same exact setup as our 2.20.4, and here the external SLD is applied, and working fine. It is the same external SLD we use for testing on bouth Geoserver’s.
