The associated blog post is here https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver.github.io/pull/135 (thanks to Brad for initial review). This is a stable release which is thus far un-eventful. I am still having trouble with geowebcache updating or restoring version numbers and end up checking the result by hand and introducing additional commits if needed. -- Jody Garnett
