Clarification: I am not trying to put it in scope; just understand if we
have a decent plan in mind if capacity shows up in the future :)

Cool; as above - just trying to understand how it fits together. It could
be that these layers would be best handled as a virtual web service (if we
really need accurately restricted capabilities).
