We are seeing gaps in tiles when consuming a netCDF layer with bilinear
interpolation as default interpolation method. The source netCDF data is in
EPSG:4326 coordinate system and tiles generated are in EPSG:3857 coordinate
system. The gaps are not coming when we use tiles generated in EPSG:4326
coordinate system. Please refer the attached screenshot of the issue.

GeoServer Version: 2.19.1

We encountered the same issue in latest version of geoserver which is 2.23.0.
